Director and COO of Flames Concepts, is an accomplished entrepreneur with a diverse background in the Food and Beverage industry. Born in Sydney, Australia, and of Hong Kong heritage. Jason has over 10 years of experience owning and running a successful F&B company in Hong Kong. In addition to his extensive experience in the F&B sector, Jason has an impressive educational background in engineering.
Before embarking on his journey in the F&B industry, Jason spent over 13 years in the aircraft industry as an electrical engineer. This technical expertise has played a crucial role in his success as the Director and COO of Flames Concepts, enabling him to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. His comprehensive understanding of the industry is evident through his impressive 20+ years of experience working in family-affiliated restaurants, cafes, bars, and management positions.
Willie Hu
Director and CFO of Flames Concepts, is a seasoned professional with background in finance, accounting, and investment banking. Born in Hong Kong and residing in Australia for over 20 years, Willie brings a wealth of international experience and financial acumen to the table.
With 20+ years of experience in finance and accounting, Willie has developed an exceptional understanding of financial management and strategic planning. Additionally, his 10+ years of experience in owning and running the finances, audits, and strategy of F&B operations have proven invaluable to Flames Concepts' success.
